I’ve been working on my piece for Gag Me With a Toon these past couple of days and actually using the drafting table in the studio as opposed to the kitchen table, as I had for the past two months. Incidentally, the studio is the least-insulated room in the entire house, so protective measures must be taken, even with the space heater on full blast. This is what I require, as often as time allows: Air, and green, and gophers, and a good book above the city. And watching Micron watch the gophers. There is no way to truly know whether she wants to befriend or destroy them. We let her get close enough to see and really smell them, but not close enough to find out her intentions.
