A and I took a disposable camera and mango wraps to the edge of the ocean. There, we sat on salty rocks that were once part of the city and got acquainted with hermit crabs, urchins, and other tide-pool inhabitants.
These aren’t scans – I photographed the prints with my digital camera, so they aren’t as crisp as in real life.
And a few more that A took, in the park nearby.
Nice pictures! :)
All these pictures are beautiful. It’s always wonderful to see pictures of your adventures.
Envious of the fact that it seems warm enough there to relax in the sun in short sleeves. We haven’t seen the sun here yet this side of New Year :_(
Ah, San Pedro. My hometown, how I miss thee.
Great shots! I’ve gotten nostalgic just looking at them.
Beautiful photos I have a soft spot for film, that beach looks amazing xoxo
Wow.. bright sky and lack of overcoat in some photos!
I love the quality of film, even if it is cheap drugstore disposables. It gives a completely different feel and I like the idea you can’t just delete and start again. You look fabulous and I still can’t get over your HAIR!
Those photos are wonderful! Man, am I ever jealous that you can lounge around without a coat and there’s no snow to be seen! Haha
I never would have thought to photograph prints, but I love the effect! It reminds me of late 70s photography. Awesome! I have a new experiment to try now…
