My affection for Los Angeles is a drawn out, turbulent affair. I stay, for now, because of the nuances not found anyplace else, entirely unique to this place. LA. i have a mixed time with it too. contrary to a lot of bay folks that i know, i loved my time there (~3 years) and met good people. maybe it was what and how i dug for things and where i placed myself.
